This innovative structure incorporates valuable audiovisual recording capabilities for enhanced documentation accuracy and comprehensive critical event review. Furthermore, it optimizes efficiency by eliminating the team leader position, as well as the roles related to medication administration and documentation. These responsibilities are redistributed among existing response team members, ensuring streamlined, reproducable and effective patient care.
