The unique ASAP High-Performance Team is built on a well-choreographed execution of team member roles. This is achieved through scenario-based, video-recorded response and review education. Every student is video-recorded performing every role of the ASAP response, reviewing their performance and identifying areas where improvement is needed. This approach goes far beyond the instructor's performance review, while also providing the student with the valuable ability to observe and critique their own performance. This individual approach is then expanded to the team response, with team members collectively evaluating the team response. This is where team members learn to give and receive constructive criticism.
